After a long 17 years of development and controversy a new park and community center is coming to a 65-acre horse ranch just north of the Brightwater water treatment facility along SR 9 in Woodinville, WA. Harmsen, LLC is proud to be a part of the project and providing the services listed below:

The 65-acre facility is going to be host to turf sports fields, walking trails, an off leash dog area, and more! The namesake of the project comes from the name of the current ranch. The  previous owner of the ranch, a 92 year old community member, still lives in a house on a 4.5-acre portion of the land. When asked about the project she said she "plans to stay while the park is being built, and one day hopes for her home to become a community center on the park's property".

Construction for the project was initially set to be completed in 2020, but due to limitations caused by the Covid pandemic plans were pushed back. Construction is now set to begin in 2023.
