We merged with 47 year old, Fakkema & Kingma, Inc. (F&K) on Whidbey Island, October 2007 and bought Meriweather Leachman Associates, Inc. (MLA) June 2008.
In June 2011, HARMSEN merged with Evergreen Surveying, Inc. of Stanwood and opened a new office in downtown Mount Vernon. This Skagit office allows us to serve an even greater area of western Washington, particularly Skagit County and Whatcom County.
Our licensed surveyors each have over 15 years of experience in the industry. They know the region and we often have documentation and data of the area in which you are needing information.
We have polite, professional field crews who are skilled at reading plans and working with land owners and municipalities on a wide variety of services. We have surveyed throughout Snohomish, Island, King, Skagit, and Whatcom counties. We survey regularly in the Puget Sound basin.
